Our therapists have extensive pediatric knowledge in each of their disciplines. We strive to use evidence-based practice and use the most current treatment strategies available. All our pediatric therapists keep up to date by attending continuing education courses relevant to their field. Therapists work the child and family to provide the best care for their child. Our therapists communicate with physicians, orthotists, mental health counselors, and schools for collaboration of care.

Our Founders

Lauren

Owner, Occupational Therapist

Lauren, OTR/L, is an owner of TherapyWorks 4 Kids and Occupational Therapist. She attended Clemson University and graduated with a B.S in Health Science. She received her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina where she developed her passion for pediatrics. While she loves working with a variety of children, she really enjoys emotional and behavioral needs. She has a passion for community integration as well. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two daughters.

Corrie

Owner, Physical Therapist

Corrie, PT, DPT, PCS is an owner of TherapyWorks 4 Kids. She attended Saint Louis University and graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science and a Master of Physical Therapy. She earned her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from The College of St. Scholastica. Corrie is a board-certified clinical specialist in pediatric physical therapy. Although Corrie enjoys working with children of all ages and conditions, her passion is working with infants and children with significant involvement. In her free time, she likes to play volleyball, swim, bake, travel, and spend time with her two daughters and dogs, Toby & Finley.

Amy, PTA, received her bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from Virginia Tech, and her degree in Physical Therapy from Emory & Henry College. She enjoys utilizing creativity to make play-based therapy effective. Working with children with a variety of diagnoses brings joy to her day. You can find Amy in her free time walking her dog, Layla, with her husband, and playing with her daughter.

<b>Cindy</b> PT, DPT received her bachelor’s in biological sciences from Clemson University. She earned her doctorate in physical therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina. She loves making her treatment sessions fun and play-based. She has a golden retriever named Dexter and loves taking him on walks.

Kayleigh

Occupational Therapist

Kayleigh, OTR/L, was born and raised in Fort Mill, SC. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Experimental Psychology with Leadership Distinction from the University of South Carolina and her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She has her clinical specialty in autism spectrum disorder (ASDCS), but she enjoys working with a variety of diagnoses and all ages. She has specialized training in feeding, sensory integration techniques, DIR Floortime, and the Learn Play Thrive approach. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, going on hikes with her pup Oakley, and spending time with her family and friends.

Occupational Therapist

<strong>Emily</strong>, OTR/L, is originally from Pawley’s Island, SC. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree from the College of Charleston and her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She has the most experience with treating children on the Autism Spectrum however enjoys working with children with various diagnoses. Emily has additional specialization in sensory integration and feeding. When she’s not at work, Emily enjoys playing with her dogs Keen and Merle, spending time with her husband, biking, and traveling between the beach and the mountains.
Jessica COTA-L

Jessica, COTA/L was born and raised in LaGrange, Kentucky. She moved to Florida in 2018 to start working for the Walt Disney World Company. She graduated with an Associates of Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant from Keiser University. She has been working with children for over 10 years and absolutely loves it. She recently moved to the Fort Mill, SC area. Most of her experience is working in school based OT and clinic based with children with Autism but she enjoys working with all diagnoses. She loves her role as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and being able to see the independence and happiness her clients gain. In her free time she likes to read, work out, and hang out with her fur family of 2 cats and 1 dog.

Victoria, M.S. CFY-SLP, earned her Bachelor of Communication Sciences and Disorders from Florida State University and her Master of Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of South Carolina. She is passionate about working with children and specializes in providing evidence-based therapy for a variety of communication and feeding disorders. Victoria believes in a holistic approach, collaborating with families, and multidisciplinary teams to create tailored treatment plans that foster meaningful progress. She finds joy in seeing her clients thrive and works diligently to ensure their success both in and out of the therapy setting. When she is not at work, Victoria loves to travel, bake, explore farmer’s markets, and spend quality time with her family, boyfriend, friends, and two cats.

Speech-Language Pathologist

Samantha, M.S. CCC-SLP earned a B.S. in Communication Disorders from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her Master's in Communication Disorders from PennWest University. She enjoys working with kids and a wide variety of diagnoses. In her free time, she likes spending time outside and hanging out with her family and dog, Remi.

Lindsey

Speech-Language Pathologist

Lindsey, MS CCC-SLP, CLC, received her Bachelor of Social Work at Winthrop University and Master of Science at the University of South Carolina. She became a Certified Lactation Counselor through the Healthy Children’s Project and combines this designation with feeding therapy to help mothers achieve both their feeding and lactation goals. She has also completed continuing education in the CAN-EAT Approach through UNC Chapel Hill, which she combines with responsive feeding practices. In addition to feeding therapy, she enjoys providing early language services to help parents grow their children’s language skills at home and in the community. She lives in Fort Mill, South Carolina with her husband, two children, and two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys drinking tea, knitting, and cooking food so spicy it makes her husband cry.

Abigail, M.S. CCC-SLP completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queens University of Charlotte. She then earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of South Carolina. Abigail has a passion to help children find their voice to communicate using a total communication approach. She enjoys working with children utilizing Alternative Augmentative Communication devices. She enjoys connecting with all her clients by creating a fun and joy-filled environment through play. She is married and has a son. When she is not at work, she enjoys being outside, gardening, playing board games, and spending time with friends and her large family.

Speech-Language Pathologist

Anna, M.S. CCC-SLP, attended Appalachian State University and received a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders in 2012. She then went on to earn her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at James Madison University in 2014. Anna has experience in and enjoys working with a variety of ages and populations. Anna has a strong passion in educating families When Anna is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

Speech-Language Pathologist

Andie, M.S., CCC-SLP is an ASHA certified speech-language pathologist, licensed in both North and South Carolina. Andie graduated summa cum laude with both her BS and MS in Speech-Language Pathology from Ithaca College in Upstate NY. Andie has worked with a variety of populations and ages. Her clinical interests include autism, brain injury, early language development, speech sound disorders/articulation, and apraxia. She also works closely with a local non-profit day program for older adults with Dementia and serves as their curriculum developer. Andie is a certified Rhythm Works Integrative Dance practitioner and the owner of Bella Ballerina Dance Studio in Rock Hill, where she offers storybook themed dance classes for children with and without special needs. In her spare time, Andie enjoys trying new restaurants, playing video games, and hanging out with her dogs, Lilo and Stitch.

Before moving to the Carolinas, Theresa worked as a medical transcriptionist/medical secretary for a pediatric mental health facility in Jacksonville, Florida. She has 2 amazing sons and two fur babies…Roxie and Dez. She enjoys reading, spending time with her family and friends, and going to the beach whenever possible.</span>

She has worked as an administrative assistant for many years as well as a preschool teacher which fostered her love for working with children. She is married and has an amazing rescue dog.
